PS: I'm getting 13 mpg with 37s and stock 3.73s.

As far as gear ratios are concerned. Here is the link. http://www.izook.com/gearcalc.htm A simple calc shows that going from stock 32s to 37s requires gears at 4.31. I believe if you re-read my post you will see this reference. 38s would require shorter gears which would put you at 4.56s.
In your case, by going to 37s without changing your gears, you equivalent gear ratio is 3.22. If you are ok with that, cool.
And Guys I have been through this again and again. I am running 35s because that is the tallest tire I can run and still put my Truck in the garage. When I get around to increasing the heighth of the header in my garage and I add forced induction, I will go taller. Plus, I am unwilling to give up any more power just to run taller tires. Still, I have easily enough room to clear 37s without any rubbing. I did not say I could run 38s. I said maybe. I have had 33s rub and 35s rub. I have trimmed the valance and inner fender well to keep them from rubbing. I was running 35" Procomp Xterrains with a 3" Skyjacker lift I sold to Craz3d. I have had the PA 3" body lift on and off my truck. As has been posted, the back spacing makes all the difference. Then I went to the 6" lift. Yes. I do know what I am talking about. My truck has seen a lot of different combinations and I have made each work.

2. You don't need to change the gears but it would definitely help you out especially if you plan to keep your truck for a while since it is extra work for your tranny. You may get better gas mileage depending on how you drive.
3. I have 4.88's and I usually get around 15 on the highway doing 80-95 in the city around 12 but I usually always on it.
