dash kits

i was thinking about buying a brushed aluminum dash kit from ebay to spruce up the interior on my xlt,was wondering if u guys have done one before and what kit would u recomend ,pics would be great also ,thanks for the help

Stylinconcepts has some nice ones, although I never have did one. Ive seen them done on other cars and seemed nice

I did a cheapo 30 dollar one from R vinyle.com they are on ebay too.

I did the brushed aluminum and went the cheap route cause i just wasnt sure if i really wanted it. The molded kind you cant really get rid of, these vinyle ones come right off if i want them to and clean up like they were never there. They are pretty simple to install, and with my painted radio trim and a few subtle spots it looks great. i didnt do the WHOLE dash for obvious reasons. I have had it on for a few months now and hasnt actually worn out like i thought it would. ill get some pics for you tomorrow in the sun, if it actually comes out. for now you can check out this thread, the pics arent great quality but they show the dash kit and you can get an idea

Were did you get your dash kit from? It looks outstanding compared to some others I have seen.

On ebay, the seller was carimage. I paid around $200 for everything. I had a local shop install it for $50. I would have done it myself but I messed up a set for my expedition a few years before. I didn't want to go throught that again. BTW, thanks for the compliment.
