Well, I fixed it. I knew it was a vacuum problem. There is a set of 2 thin red vacuum lines that comes from a rubber elbow on the bottom rear of the intake manifold. One goes to the fuel pressure sensor and the other just lays there plugged on my truck since it's 2WD, it would go to the actuator on a 4x4 or whatever that piece is called. It's a BITCH to get that elbow back on back there, no room at all. Basically after researching and checking all the vacuum lines, I just pulled this one from the back with the rubber elbow and all so I knew this was the problem.

What I did was unbolt the 2 bolts from the trans crossbar mount and raised the tranny/engine from the middle to tilt the engine and give me more room to stick my hand between the intake and the firewall. After feeling around back there for 30 mins with flashlights, mirrors and all kinda of other stuff, I found that taking a pic with my tiny sony digi worked the best LOL. I put the elbow back on, unplugged the batt, reset the codes and the truck is like brand new again.

Now the question is why in the world would Ford put a vacuum line with no clamps or anything in such a place. Jeebus, they could have at least clamped it.

Oh another thing that helped was the Magnacharger install manual, so even though I didn't install it, thanks Magnacharger LOL
