Brake lights not working

For some reason, both my brakes lights have stopped working. My tail lights and reverse light still work, but no brake lights. Any ideas?

04 f150 if you need to know.

um....i would do a couple of things...
  • check the fuse
  • check the wiring and connections
  • make sure that the bulbs arent burnt out

also, i dont know if this would apply or not as under the warranty...but it may.

Check the wire on the switch down at your brake pedal. If your speed control "cruise is dead" check fuse #2 in the passenger kick panel.

I had the same problem awhile back, took it to the dealership and they told me a connection was loose my warranty covered it. Just take it to your dealer
