OSU played the #2 ranked team twice this season (Texas and Michigan)... that's the first time in recent history that I can recall a team beating the #2 ranked teams twice in the same season... guess they'll have to make it 3 #2 teams if they want to take home the hardware again this season!

Well boys we were out in the Bottoms last night and got us a pretty good stuck. Had to walk 3 hours before we could get service on our phones to make a call. We have already had three Z71's try to jerk me out but failed, one guy hit a tree when the rope snapped, haha. We're gonna have to get a tractor out there it looks like, but that's no problem. Only thing is my back end has been under water since about 1 AM last night so what problems am I gonna need to check for when I get it out?

I'd get the fluid in the rear diff replaced.. Make sure you get the under carraig real clean.. don't leave alot of mud in the rear fenders.

Finally got her out around 6:00. Had a guy in a 70's model Chevy come out there and he pulled me out on the first try with no problem. Only things wrong with the truck that I've found so far is a scratch on the hood from climbin out last night and it ain't goin into 4x4 so I'm gonna have to check that out tomorrow after I spend a couple hours cleaning.

My hat is off to you. There is NO WAY I could spend that much money on a lift, tires and rims and then do that. I just couldn't do it. Not saying it's wrong or stupid, just saying I could never bring myself to do it.

Outta curiosity, why weren't you in 4wd?

That's what got my f'd up...But once I got stuck I stopped spinnin the tires (somewhat glad I didnt have LS to dig me deeper) so I didnt dig much deeper. Although, once my rear axle was resting on the ground there wasn't any way I could dig more into the mud.

If you're gonna be runnin like that you should pull the exhaust up out through the bed, like semi pipes
I was in 4 High but I got stuck at the very top and wasn't gettin anywhere so my buddy said to try 4 Low (MISTAKE). By that time I couldn't move anywhere at all cause I left my long *** hitch receiver in and it kept my tires from gripping (MISTAKE). I'm pretty sure if I had flipped the receiver or taken it out I wouldn't have gotten stuck, at least not right there anyways.
