Anyone Modify A Cowl Induction Yet?

I'm not a fan of the hood scoops. The pricey twin scoop hoods look OK, in my opinion. (jusy MY opion guys, don't crucify me) But, I think the way our trucks are styled, a cowl would look nice. Anyone try this yet, and get pics?

not a true cowl (i don't think) but the front fender on this one always puzzled me... would it work as a ram air intake?

I really don't know how much they run new the guy was just trying to get rid of it so I got it for cheap.

The only reason that i could think of would be that he didn't want to ship it as it said in his ad. And im only two hours away.

Pat, that guy was giving me the hood for $80 if I picked it up. He was in SoCal. I think it's kind of fishy, probably won't fit perfect, and I don't like the look entirely. If it looks good on his truck I'm going to shoot myself in the foot.

i just think is ridiculous, that he is giving it away for 50 bucks.....i offer 4 times as much and to arrange my own shipping at my own cost and he doesnt even bother to respond to me.
