For the install all you need are some zip ties and a few wire connectors. And a dash install kit to fill the gap. Other than that it is pretty straight forward. And for the brain box i just mounted that below that little tray thingy on top of the dash with sip ties to a metal bracket that is up there. Made all the connections and i was done.

It plays cds fine. I burn the giga mp3s (mp3s on dvds) with like all my music on it and it plays those fine. I think the one that i have in there now has like 750 songs and videos on it. Every once in a while it will act like there is a scratch or something on the disc but there isn't so i just start that song over and it plays fine. Other than that i have no complaints.

Yeah that is crazy expensive at $89. You can get LED 3rd brake lights for $50 on ebay. I'm not knocking it, just saying it's more then I think I'd spend on a LED 3rd brake light.
