Angry Do you think Edge is my problem or just bad luck

After 2 months of loving my edge my truck acts up started with TPS sensor drove 2 days with that acting up dealer fixes that and on a road test tells my my trans is not shifting in to 4th (no trouble shifting before) they take the pan off and it is full of metal shavings then tell me they have no idea what might have happen (my truck is the heavy payload package )only about 20,000 miles on her yet

I had the same TPS code come up in my truck but, I just cleared it with the edge and ahven't had a problem since. I don't think that the edge would cause the tranny to go out.

I just saw that and though the same thing. The extra strain of pushing that plow around could definetly cause some problems with the tranny.

I'm not saying that it is bad but you have to admit that it does put more strain on the truck. And because Ford advertises that you shouldn't have any problems getting it fixed.
