Do you mean free? The answer is no but on your dime sure they will replace what ever you want

I thought TSB's were like recalls but not advertised or mandatory

Many people do think that but in reality they are just bulletins to help the techs diag problems. The repairs still fall under reg warranty guidelines.

Why don't drive shafts come with alignment marks from the factory?
