good luck with that.
Well, there is a slight chance that is the problem. But, they have rotated these tires about 10 times, and no problems. Plus, I am feeling engine and tranny vibration. Right now, the service manage has reached his limit. He has got nasty, and told that he had 2 formen with 20 years experience ride the truck, they have put the truck through every test, he (the service manager) has drove the truck with trailer loaded and without, and they can't find anything wrong, and that he is sorry.

I countered by telling him (service manager) that I am didn't bring the truck back 5 times for my health, and I am the one dishing out the $30k for that truck.

I am going to get intouch with the ford representive of customer service, and see where it goes from there.

Options.......Check the States lemon laws. I think they would STILL apply, it normally has to be an issue that happens within the warranty period, and this has. They get three times to fix the issue, and they have....and you give the manufacturer a chance to fix the issue, which is the next step. Do a bit of homework, then call FORD......
Unfortunately, the lemon laws are usually only for about 1 year or 12, 000 miles. Obviously you do have the warranty still applicable but not for tires...if that is in fact the problem.

I would be one happy camper if it comes out to be the tires being the problem. I will gladly pay for a new set of tires, and have my truck back riding like it was before. I just can't see how the tires can come into play, when the truck has been back 11 times for oil/filter changes, and rotation of tires. Everything okay. And if it was the rare chance, they mounted the tires the wrong way, they should have put them back like they was in the first place and see how it rides. That would take the tires out of the equation.

Just a while ago, I got intouch with Ford Customer Service on the phone. I told them the whole problem. They told me they have escalated my problem up so that a Ford Response Team will contact me within the next two days.

They also saw, that in the year that I have had my truck, it has been back for every Ford Service Manual recommended service call. They also asked me what I was looking for out of this? I told them all I want is my truck back to how it was before I took it in for the 30k service, that's all.
