Reset airbag light?

So this past week I finally got around to installing my seat heaters (love them!!!).

But my stupid @ss forgot to disconnect the battery when I removed the seat, so once I got everything put back together, my airbag light was on. I tried to use my Edge to see if it could read the code, and it couldn't. Then I called the dealer, and they want $97 to read and reset the code. I disconnected the battery overnight hoping that would reset it - nope.

Does anyone know how I can do this on my own?? $97 to turn off a light is kinda stupid.

Yea ever since I took both my seats out to install my amps my airbag light has been on (about 3 months now). Id really like to find a way to reset it and i dont think disconecting the battery is the solution as i have tried it many times

Did you get a light when you removed your stock mirrors?

Just kidding, man. I also took the seats out of my old truck and never had any airbag lights come on, how odd.

I thougt the Edge would be able to read and clear this code - why can't it see it?
