Im trying to find a reasonably priced lowering kit (2/4) for my 06 that wont void the warentee

 

i highly dought that any drop would void the warrenty, but ive heard that ground force is intalled by some dealers and would be your best bet but i woul suggest the djm kit, with djm your truck will be dropped exactly 2.5/4 like they say and you retain the stock handleing, i suggest not getting the djm calmax shocks though, mine lasted not even a year get some doestech(sp?)

 

No one on here can tell you what can and cannot void warranty. That is YOUR dealers decision on what they want to warranty for you. Call your service department and ask.

 

Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. States that your warranty can't be voided just by installing aftermarket parts. The AM part has to directly cause the failure of the FACTORY part in question. The dealer has to PROVE this. They can't just say it may have.
