325/65/18... Too Big?

I Have Done The Forum Searches And Looked At All The Online Tire Specs... Now Looking For Opinions From People Who Have Them:

There Isn't Much Difference Between A 35*12.5*18 And A 328/65/18, Only About A 1/2" Difference In Width, Height Is The Same, So I Have Settled On The 325/65/18's On Stock Rims...

First: Opinions From People Who Are Running 325's... Too Wide? (EDITED: I HAVE A 4X4 WITH A 2.5" LEVELING KIT)

Second: Tires Will Be:hankook Dynapro M/t... Or... Nitto Terra Grappler. (need A Decent Tire For On Road/off Road, But More So Need A Good Snow Tread)

Thanks In Advance.

I think you will be fine with the 325/65/18 on your stock rims, many here are doing it with minimal rub. I think that size of tire looks better on wider rims but it should work and look fine with yours.

As for tires, if you are looking for an all terrain tire with great handling characteristics in the snow stay away from mud tread tires. I've had really good luck with BFG K/O's on my last 4 trucks. My buddy has the Nittos on his GMC and says the rubber compound is too soft and they are not wearing very well.

I have the Nitto Terra Grapplers in 325/65/18. They work fine with my 2 inch leveling kit. They are a little wide and feel a little heavy for my total satisfaction but if you like wide tires, then they should work for you.

I just installed 325/65/18 Kumhos on my truck. The gap between the tire and the upper control arm is TINY. On full turns it is rubbing, but nothing I dont think I cant live with. They looks great and I will get pics soon!

A 325/65/18 Is A 35x13.5x18... However The Hankook Dynapro I Mentioned Before Is A 12.9" Wide Tire As Compared To The 35x12.5x18; Only .4" Difference, According To Their Website.

The 35x12.5x18 Is $250ish A Tire As Opposed To 325/65/18 Which Is $220ish A Tire... Is It Really Worth The $30 A Tire For ,~1/2" Less Tire? Will The Rubbing Be That Much Of A Difference To Make Me Spend The Extra Money For Convienance?
