Updated pics w/ 6" procomp, 3" body, 2.5" A.S. 2" add a leaf & 37's
So I finally installed the 2" pro comp add a leaf - which was a major pain in the **** (in the driveway on jackstands and blocks not tall enough to support my already tall truck) and I tossed the autospring 2.5" spacers on....which, i had too lower my coilovers...ATTN: Anyone wanting to do a similiar setup to mine, i.e. 6" suspension, 3" body, and spacers....you NEED coilovers...when I first put the spacers on, my coilsovers were set normal - not cranked, and it was way too extreme of an upper control arm/ball joint angle, and my c/v axles were maxed....i had too lower the coilovers a good 1.5" to reach a nice level stance and satisfactory angles on the front...if you dont have an adjustable front coilover and atempt this...it wont work...i was borderline on my alignment...so any more lift on the front and the camber would have been way off....As far as the ride...it got a little stiffer and bump-steer is now a factor, howerver...i actually like that stiffness in a suspendion....other than that i love the new combo...already went off roading and no probs....i think when my 37's wear out...i'll step up to a 38" nitto tire - love those mud grapplers...
check my gallery for pics, scroll down to the UPDATED PICS IN THE GALLERY, they look dark, but click on them and check em out (sorry for dark pics)...let me know what youy think about my angles and overall appearance, thanks, ron

how do you like the 4.88 gears? they pull more then stock? with your setup?
looks good infantry..thanks for posting pics.....
you know i've been thinking about this...I have exactly the same set up you do. but being you had to lower the coil overs you barely gained any height right? an inch or so? any idea if you think you'd clear 39.5's??

Thanks for all the good comments, to answer a few questions, the body lift is great, i haven't notice any unusual noses - handles good...get gap guards and most people wont notice the body lift, the 4.88 gears are very nice...i think ford undergeared these trucks from the factory...now it feels very torquey and around 2400 rpm @ 70mph on freeway, as far as how much lift was gained from the autospring - I know i picked up about 1.75" in the front because i measured before and after....i lowered the coilover collor approx .75" on the coilover, i did the rear add a leaf first and it was sitting stink bug....after putting the autospring on before lowering the coils...it was waaaay baja style....so after lowering the front coils, it sits perfectly level...and i am very happy with the wheel clearance (which is what i wanted and why i added the additional lift) only problem is somehow, my abs light has come on after the autospring install....cant figure it out....i will eventually...

Infantry..thanks again for posting up about what you thought...i have something to think about now/ as opposed to an all new 12in lift....if i can gather that extra lift i may be able to get the iroks that i want with a little bit of trimming.....
thanks
