2 10' subs and a amp?

Hey does anyone have this setup in there truck? I have a 05 Extended cab F150 and was wondering if 2 10' subs and a amp would fit under my seat without me having to get a seat lift kit. Would i have to replace the stock 6 Disk changer and speakers to go along with the sub and amp? I would really just like to have a system that i will be able to play lound but yet sound clear with some bass! Thanks

I'm not aware of a box that fits under the rear seat without a seat lift kit, unless you fabricate a custom one. As for the system setup...you can run the amp and subs with the stock headunit and speakers, but it may not sound like you want it to. I'd recommend upgrading at least the front door speakers...you can get a decent deal on speakers if you buy them the Friday after Thanksgiving. Places like Bestbuy and Circuit City are going to be having sales. Also look on Ebay...I bought Infinity reference speakers for half the price that Circuit City was selling them for and they were brand new. The amp can power the speakers, subs, or both and make the system sound good even with the stock headunit if that's what you want to keep.

I really don't want to be around when he cranks up 2 10 foot subwoofers.

Hahaah thats like two of those Mythbusters subwoofers in the back of a truck! You will probably need a seat lift for two ten foot subs!

I've got 2 JL 10w3s in a music moose audio box in my supercab. I don't have a seat lift and the amp is mounted behind the real seat. I think I've got some pics in my gallery.
