In-channel vents?

Does anybody on here have the In Channel Vent Visors for their trucks? I was wondering if it will mess with the upper channel over time? Like will it make it losen up in time? I dont wanna be riding down the road with my window down and have it just fall out or something. Also does anybody have any problems with leaks, etc?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks

I have the AVS in-channels and LOVE them. No leaks at all. If you are worrying about stuff flying off when you are driving, IMO the stick-on ones would have a greater chance of doing that than the in-channel ones.

We put the in channels on my dads new King Ranch and they are the way to go. They come with some small plastic 'keepers' that keep them snug in the channel and will keep them from loosening up. I have the stick ons and liked them until I saw my dads. I have never had any trouble with mine, but like the cleaner look of the others. Also if you look at them, they keep the black around the windows looking sleeker. The stick ons raise the black a little and although its a small thing, I notice it.

*edit*
I wasn't sure what I was saying was clear, so I maybe these pics will help:

Just a sleeker look IMHO.

I have EGR in channels. They use no tape on the fronts wondows. The weathertechs are what i sell to my customers now. A little more expensive then the EGRs but well worth the extra money.

How much do the Weathertechs usually cost, I have a SuperCab. And you said you sell them to your customers. Where do you work(if I may ask) and if the price is decent,,,would you be willing to sell me a pair?

I had the in channel ones ordered 2 times and them came broken 2 times. I have the peel and stick ones form Auto Ventshade and I love them. Just clean your paint good, use a cotton ball with 70% rubbing alcohol to prep the surface, let that dry, place the shades on, and heat with wife's hair dryer. I have been through 3 bad hail storms, and had the high pressure wand from the carwash about 4" from them. They ain't moving. They use 3M VBS mounting tape which is approved by the FAA for structural assembly on commercial airliners.
