Coil On Plug Connector Upgrade?

Saw this on Moss, and hadn't noticed before.

* Direct replacement for OEM plug wire, won't void your factory warranty
* Improves mileage and throttle response
* Adds 12HP (normally aspirated) & 25HP (s/c, turbo, & nitrous)
* Improves spark, 0 ohms of resistance, no radio interference
* Includes all necessary hardware
* Installs in approximately 1-hour using basic hand tools.

It's $239.00 in their mail order catalog. Just curious if this is worth the cash for a NA 5.4L..

That price is outrageous. If you are looking for something to do to your truck i would recommend it. The stock connector is simply a spring. You should be able to find them for 150ish. And whatever you do don't buy a "Plasma Booster" box crap; that is useless.

Well, I won't buy from Moss anyway. They screwed me about a year ago and I won't go back..

But this is a worthwhile mod? Any brands I should try and find at the $150 price?
