I previously had the bar style grille. It is a replacement...not an overlay (like nassty said)

It is the chrome over plastic. I chose it because of the thicker bars. It is actually really nice quality and I am very pleased with my decision, especially since it was far cheaper than the HD grille that I had been planning to purchase initially.

It is a very simple installation and took me about an hour, as I was attempting not to scratch or break anything.

The grill comes with a new mounting bracket to use with your old emblem.

Yes it does include the mounting hardware. It is very easy to install the ford emblem and the cool part is that you do not have to put it on the grille if you elect not to.

I didn't even have to install my grill or emblem. It came on my truck as part of the Roush Champions Edition pkg.

Everyone is copying me. My truck came with that grill before you could buy one from Roush or Ford.
