What about this deal?

Guys I hate to keep asking abotu this but I cant pm yet so bear with me. Ive found a 2005 Supercrew 4x4 Lariat with 32,000 miles and the dealer is wanting 23,000 for it it is Certified which he said comes with a 6 year 75,000 mile powertrain warranty. And is a local trade in. They was at 25,900 I got them down to 23000 and he said that was it. I have not seen it yet I am in the morning. Does this sound like a good deal? Thanks for your help.

It doesnt sound that good to me...my dad bought a new 4x4 Lariat Screw last year at this time for $28K. Most likely with the differences in intrest rate between a new and used truck you could a brand new 06 for about the same payment. You really need to look into that.
