Question another wheel question help!

ok so im lifting my truck 8 inches and i wanna run 37's but i dont feel to good about putting them on my stock 18's and i can get some OEM 20's for a good price from my local dealer, so my question is how wide are they and am i better off mounting the 37's on those? thanks!

The factory rims are 7.5 inches wide. You'd be better off buying aftermarket rims that are 8 to 9 inches wide.

i thought the 20's were 9" wide...
the 17/8 are definitely only 7.5"

if the 20's are 9" that should be alot better for you 06-

The OEM 17's and 18's are 7.5 inches wide. I do believe the OEM 20's are wider. I seem to recall someone saying they were 8.5 inches wide.

Im almost sure they are 8.5" wide.

Yep 17" and 18" are 7.5" wide where as the 20" are 8.5" wide.
