The first post of my first link is where I would put my faith...it is a press release from a high-up Ford employee...

But yes, we will all know for sure this time next year (or the year after). It just can't come soon enough!

please ford, give me a quality manual transmission. Hate automatics more then anything.

My old ranger had a crappy mazda transmission that never cost me anything nd gave me 3 more mpg then my buddies automatic, but it had a poor load capability. It sure would be nice to have a manual option on the big gas motor and/or the new diesel engine...

i would trade my truck tomorrow if i could have a big motor F150 manual transmission- i can't wait to see this new line up...should have the truck right near paid in full by then.
