My dad just bought a 2006 F150 STX "Patriots Champion Edition"

first off i'll give you a great laugh, he got a pretty good deal on it, i believe he got over $10g's off cuz of various discounts and friends and family plans, ended up paying well under 18k for a brand new truck, outside it has the billet grill, fogs, painted bumpers, running boards, 20" chrome rims, and then u get inside, and omg its great

he has a rubber floor, manual 4wd shifter, roll up windows, NON power locks, and cloth interior, only perk inside he has is cd + Sirius radio lol

anyhow, he can't seem to figure out how to get the Boston/Northeast Weather/Traffic channeles, I found out that it is channel 149, but he's saying its not giving him Boston/Philidelphia like it is supose to. So my question is, is there a factory default set on the trucks that i must change for him? Or is something wrong with it?
