There are so many variables I doubt I could help much. I have an 05 Lariat and 96 Corvette and I pay about $100 a month. I am 37 and the Corvette is insured as a pleasure vehicle <5000 miles per year.

You're 22 years old. Good luck finding super cheap insurance on those vehicles. You most likely will suffer high rates until age 25. Call around.
In the mean time keep your record clean, get married, make sure your credit isn't poor (which I am sure that it isn't, but most of the top carriers use this as a rating factor). Also, if you keep your home and auto with one company you will usually get a multi-policy discount.

Is that just for one car or two? Mine is close to that just for the truck. 2x4 and 4x4 may have something to do with it as well. My truck alone is either 700-800 and the car is 400-500 of the policy. I would have to look at it to confirm the right number but I think that's the ball park.

You live on the wrong end of the state. I insure my 04 4X4 F-150, 01 4X4 Escape, 98 Lincoln Towncar and 04 25' travel trailer for $585 per year. Course I have 500 deductible on everything, no collision on the Lincoln and 100/300 liability.

Sandy,

To be honest with you, when you uninsure your mustang...your f150 will jump up in price as each company gives a multi-vehicle discount. It may be close to the same price per month for just the truck. I know at my company the multi-veh. discount is around 40% of the cost of the vehicle premium. May want to look into that.

585 for all that, that's pretty cheap. How long have you been driving. 15 years for me. One ticket for an improper turn 3 years ago.My liability limits are 300/500/100 I have no deductible on comprehensive and pay nothing for a new windshield if it breaks. I have a 250 deductible on collision. I have towing reimbursement and 5000 in medical on both. My boat is another 300 per year for full coverage.
