I have a 2005 xlt scab 5.4L 4x4 i just noticed this morning that when i have my air flow switch on floor, floor/deforst, and defrost airflow comes out the window defogging vent. I thought that this was only supposed to happen if I had defrost on? Any guys with similar experiences? Is it normal?

 

Normal. A small amount of air is directed to the side windows when in any of the right hand positions, e.g. Floor-dash, Floor, Defrost-Floor, Defrost.
