Where to put the jack?

So now that I have 2 amplifiers and a subwoofer under my seats in the rear, where can I put my jack and tow straps? I was thinking under the truck somewhere, but... where?

itll fit in the spare- drop it a bit, put the stuff around the center, and hoist it back up... make sure you keep the handle in the cab somewhere though.

One suggestion, I put my jack inside the spare...works great, but I sprayed the jack down with a WD-40 type lubricant and wrapped it up in a garbage bag to protect it from the elements.
