doesn't anyone use Westley's Bleach white to clean their tires? I used to but haven't tried since i got chrome rims - will it hurt them?

I was just thinking about this today as I was appling some tire gel and wishing like hell that the RWL were on the inside.

an easy way to clean the white walls and make them really look white is soap pads. It takes about 30 seconds of rubbing on each tire.
