Well, my wife has a stage 1 Roush Truck and I am in the process of making my truck a stage 1. So..... today we celebrated our anniversary and my wife got me Stage 2 badges for my truck so I said thanks but said I really dont have a stage 2 but she said according to Roush it is for what I have done, next she gave me the Roushcharged decals for my hood scoop and I am thinking "I dont have a SC so this is not going to work" so I explained to her what they meant by Roushcharged.

Well she started to swell up and now I feel like crap because I made her feel bad...... so she went down stairs and then a few minutes later I followed to give her a big hug and a kiss for the presents and there at the bottom of the stairs was a hughe box wrapped up. So I open it and low and behold it was a IC Roush Charger. Dang I have a awsome wife and a pretty good jokester.

I am just glad I got her windows tinted, true dual exhaust and a remote start for our anniversary. Now I cant wait to schedule the time to install it.

 

haha, nice. Hate to rain on your parade, but you actually have a STAGE 3!!!! Stage 1 is cosmetic only, stage 2 is cosmetic and suspension, and stage 3 is the supercharger. So swpa those badges out for the stage 3!

LMAO, I was just thinking the same thing. My GF said a funny thing the other day. She said she'd buy me all sorts of gifts for my truck and my GT500E project, if we were to get married and she was to get a nice full time job out of college. But then I got to thinking....I'd just be buying myself that gift.

Either way, that was really funny of her and a great gift. Like you I would have felt really bad too. I would of just smiled and said thanks.

I love stories like this. It lets me know that other husbands who also have great wives
1) say and do the same things I do with my wife in terms of gifts
2) also end up feeling like crap
3) but know how lucky we are to have them inspite of what we do

I have to agree with you...your wife is the greatest...my wife doesn't know what a supercharger is...

 

She tried to get me Stage 3 badges but Roush said that we would have to take the truck to them to get it. So we arent going to drive to MI for the badges....lol
