Because the seat is in the same position in every model. The door is smaller to accomodate the pillar, but the seat position is not impacted.

I find the rear doors on my Scab very convenient in tight spots as I'm able to open them completely (90 degrees +/-) and not have to worry about hitting the car next to me.

Plus, the windows on them roll down!!! I don't think any other Scab truck besides the F150 does this. How cool is that. I love driving passed Scab Chevys with these windows down just to show off.
