I just order my Xcal and AF1 today. I am having trouble locating the 4 digit computer code. I have an 06 FX4 and the code is not inside the passenger door nor am I finding it under the hood. Any suggestions on where or how to find it?

 

passenger side firewall, you will see a grey metal box with 3 big plugs coming out of it- thats your pcm- the sticker should be on the box.

 

DCCO sound right? That is whats on the metal box that has motorola on it under the hood and has 3 big plugs comming out of it.

its usually 3 lets, 1 numb. so if thats a DCC (0) then yep! there are literally hundreds of codes, so cant specifically verify your code... (mine was TEM7)
