I am in the same boat here. I had new tires put on at 22,000 and they were aligned then as well. Now, I am having to replace them again at 46,000. They wore on the inside of the front tires and the cords are showing. I was just told that they may be a recall on something with my alignment or suspension. I was glad to see that I'm not the only one having issues. I was also told another option was to move up a size to get a better tire since the Hankook is the only thing available in the size I have now.
