Oh decision decision. what brake system should i get?

im a little torn on what brake system to get. im going to get baer brakes but i dont know if i want to go with the eradispeed which is 15 inch 2 piece rotors with caliper relocation brackets or the extreme plus one which is the full system which is the calipers, rotors, lines and pads. the eradispeed is 749 and for 1000 out the door i can get the fronts and the decela rotors for the rear. the extreme is 2700 and with the same rear setup will cost 3000. i have 22 inch rims and im lowered. maybe one day not anytime soon i may supercharge my truck. what system should i go with?

Brake-age

I was looking into the SSBC kit which is a 14" rotor (same as factory) with 3 piston front caliper upgrade and all 4 pads. You retain the rear factory calipers, shipped it was right at $2100 for the 2WD application.

I called Baer, and they are developing a big brake kit with 6 piston front calipers, that is supposed to be out in Fall/Winter 06'

Also Powerslot has a new big brake kit with 15-16" rotors, but is not available for Ford pickups until Fall/Winter 06' as well.....

Im kinda waiting or I may just throw on a set of Powerslot rotors and Hawk pads, call it a day, and save more for the 70' Torino.....

Later

Maybe so, when I called Baer in Sept. , the little weasle I talked to said that they are developing a 6 piston caliper for the F-150 but that it wasnt out. Who knows customer service these days is so hit and miss.

Dude post those pics of the Baer calipers when you get them if you would

i get paid on friday so i will be ordering them that nite. i talked to the guy for baer today and he said that when i order them have the salesmen fax him the order directly so i can choose what color caliper to go with. i dont know which one to go with. it would be cool to maybe go with a dark green one to match the truck but i know a red one would make my black rims pop

if your not racing it, or if your not on a 38" tire, then there is no reason to spend that much $$ on a breaking system. IMO
