Performance Tuner
Anyone know of a tuner that can be used on multiple F-150's? All are the same engine size and year. I was wondering if all the tuners are VIN or vehicle specific?

most are vin locked to one specific vehicle- if you reset to stock, then a generic tuner can be used on another truck- custom tunes like troyer's xcal2 tunes are locked to your specific vin, and to the pcm code... if you want to know more, you should go up to the chips/tuners forum- a wealth of information there...
