Not sure about the skid plate, but the grill is a Street Scene 6 piece. I have the exact same insert.

I'm not the only one with problems from Sportztrailers, search around and you will find others commenting on their purchases from there in my threads, and some others.

se12t and PenguinFx4 have skid plates. Ask them.

Well,
Here's the scoop on the inserts. You have to buy the grill and valance inserts separately, and the best way to shop around is via Froogle (Google's merchandise web pricing). The grill insert for an FX4 grill is a 6-piece and comes in two finishes: chrome (I have, and it did not rust) and brushed. The same for the valance, only it's a one piece. The part #s are listed as follows (Street Scene #s): Chrome 6-piece grill = 95078775 ($172.73), Chrome valance = 95078726 ($88.73), Brushed 6-piece grill = 95077775 ($142.28), and Brushed valance = 95077726 ($69.20). These prices are from partsxdirect.com (I bought about 8 months ago when the brushed versions were not available, but my chrome inserts have held up well). I found that one easy way to get on-line prices was to search in Froogle typed like this: "Street Scene 95078775". I ended up getting several hits with various prices including or excluding shipping. Hope this helps.
