Were they thoughtful enough to leave you that set of stockers or are those your originals?

Wow, you had no locking lug nuts? No alarm?

Sad news, sorry to hear.

I agree. No wheel locks? It's crazy cheap insurance to keep your wheels if you're parking your rig outside.

Is this thread a bit?

That sucks man, I hope that doesnt happen again. I feel kind of bad about this cause I looked at the pic of your truck in the "silver truck pic" thread last night at about 2am and said man thats one nice truck, those wheels are gonna get stolen if thats where he parks his truck. And this morning I see this thread, hope your insurance will cover them. Best of luck.

That sucks. Had that almost happen to me once on my old '02. I came out of work and saw someone crouching around my truck in the dark, so I pulled my piece and told him to come out of the bushes. ******* had a lug wrench, etc...

I told the guy if I ever saw him again, I'd shoot him in between his ****ing eyes. Then I went and bought some wheel locks. Hope you get that taken care of, maybe your insurance will cover it?

damn twstd, I feel for you. I have locking lug nuts with my mazzi's (I believe yours were the Eagle's instead?) and they're a pain to take off but worth the comfort in gold. I have the locking lug nuts on every one of my lugs. I also have a locking hitch pin that saved my $45 recovery shackle hitch, they were only able to get away with the D-Ring/Shackle. I have replacements.

How is the insurance going to handle this? Obviously keep an eye out for your tire/rim combo and look for the same wear patterns. Poor twstd, that's a shame. Any tires in mind for replacements?

That sucks!! I really hate people that steal.. I hope your insurance covers it!!

On a side note, wheel locks only delays the time it takes to get the wheels off. I have purchased cars where the owner did not include the wheel lock key or it was lost.. It has never taken more than an extra few minutes to get the wheel locks off anyways..

That sucks man, I hope you catch the ****er!

Locks don't do squat. Find a socket close enough and hammer it on and BINGO! Too bad the world isn't filled with honest people though.
