edge problem

i just got my edge programmer and i installed the lightining software and the program says the edge is not connected when it is, and installed the drivers over and over still nothing. anyone have any ideas?

Reinstall the software again on the pc or laptop. This happened to me again and I called the manufacturer and that was their response. So just reinstall it and it should take care of the problem.

Yup, try to re-install the drivers.

if it doesnt work.....un-install lightning program. right click on "My Computer" and then click "Manage"
then click Device Manager and uninstall the Edge stuff (make sure ur edge is plugged in when you do this)
