Way to find keyless entry code?

I have a friend that purchased a used 04 from a Honda dealership. They did not know the code to the keyless entry keypad. Is there a way, other than going to a Ford dealership, to find the code?

It is on the box on the left side. You can also go to the dealer and pay $80 for them to pull it off the computer.

The pic is from the thread posted above. There are several on getting the back of the seat off to get to it.

From what I heard, it doesn't matter if you change the code or not, the original will still work.

yup the original code will always work and as long as you know the original code you can make any second code you like and both will work

I refer to the side of the vehicle when trying to find the parts. Left side or drivers side of the truck. It is the little black box to the right in the pic.

And yes that code (as far as I know) will always work
