New guy!

Hey all just wanted to say hi. Tonight I traded my 04 Dakota 4x4 for a 06 Supercab 4x4 xlt with tow package and a couple other goodies. It is a night and day difference and I am sure I will really enjoy towing with the 150 much more. Look foward to learning more about my rig

Welcome aboard! I'm sure you will love the truck.

When you get time we would all like to see some pics of the truck.

Thanks guys. I am sure I will be dropping a couple bucks on mods. Looking for things that are warranty friendly right now and would help with towing/increase HP. What time frame are people giving this motor (4.6l) to break in before they start working it? I was thinking 1500 mi then change the oil to full synthetic and go from there.

Scott,

The first thing I would do is take out the intake silencer and change to a K&N filter. It does make a difference.
