Well, the old man HAD insurance... As in it expired August 1st. This isn't the way I wanted to spend money on my truck. I hope they impound his piece of crap.

let your insurance pay for it and you just pay your deductible... then your insurance will sue him for the damage, your deductible and all legal fees and related expenses....
