Non popular exhaust compairo?

I have searched with no luck,

Im looking at the non typical F-150 catbacks and was wondering if anyone has had experiences with these. Loudness, quality, resonating, looks

MAC with SI/DO before the rear tire
JBA SI/SO after rear tire
Gobson SI/DO after rear tire

Any help please

Hey man I feel for ya I also like going for parts that other guys dont have. I personally hate Flowmaster exhaust it seems like they had their time on the spotlight just about everyone has them so I think they are played out. I had Bassani BX exhaust on my 2003 Mustang GT & 2001 F150 4X4 Screw which I traded in for my 2005 F150 FX4 Screw and that has the off-road Roush exhaust and a Roush supercharger. Happy hunting man just dont be another Flowmaster casualty lol.

Ill never buy a Slowmaster after seeing back to back compairo's on a dyno with an 03 Cobra.
I ordered a MAC catback, had one on my Mountineer and liked it except for the 55 mph drone.

While I'll agree a Flowmaster isn't going to net you very much if any power but will sound better than anything else.

However, exhaust isn't going to make much difference in a 6000+ lbs truck!

I have the Gibson SIDO coming out the rear corners. Its ok... not great though. Its not loud enough when I want to be loud, but then on the long road trips there is just a slight drone (not noticable with the radio at a reasonable volume though).

I didn't really notice any performance differances before and after with it. I can't complain about the quality.

It has a low deep growl, but doesn't get terribly loud like the flowmasters or others out there.

If you want loud... I wouldn't recommend it. If you want something that isn't really noticable until you get into it a little bit, this might be the exhaust you are looking for.

ive got dynomax bullet SISO dumped, its not a typical set up, and i love it. Someone just recently bought same set up as me, and is already in love with it.

Exactly!

In my opinon, Flowmasters sound better than any other exhaust out there.

HP/TQ gains.. minimal.. HP/TQ gains with any other exhaust...... Minimal.

That was me.
You can't go wrong with a Dynomax Bullet. Sounds great at any level and is priced right too.

I agree, MAC exhaust design there exhaust chambered just as Flowmaster does. But some how MAC does something that actually increases performance.

Theres a vid of my MAC exhaust on the dyno in my sig. Check it out, if you want another I can send you another of a drive by and rev and all. MAC is kinda quiet cause they give you a large muffler with the catback. Sounds good though, not too loud but its very toned.

Well a little FYI for some of you.

I bought the MAC cat back and I really like it. Super low rumble when cruising, no resenation, and a good growl at WOT. For $280 shipped Im very pleased.
After the stock system was off, the MAC was on in 20 min. One of the tips was hard to get on but I managed.

Where did you get your Mac catback? And which kit did you get? I see Mac exhausts online but that price you got it for is great!

I like the dual exit after the back tire.

I ordered it from http://www.lmperformance.com , they only make the behind rear wheel dual for 2wd trucks though.
