Headlight/Foglight Issues

Okay, on my '06 Scab I have been getting a new issue arising... I use the auto detection for my headlights and I usually have the fog lights set to come on with them; the problem that has developed is that the truck has been "thinking" my fog lights are my high beams, and when I go to turn the high beams on there is nothing there, just darkness. It doesn't matter if the lights are turned on manaually or with the autodetection, same results. Question is: would it be a problem in my high/low switch or in the headlight on/off switch? Or is is just a bad fuse in the high beams?

My truck did this when one of my high beams blew. Dont know why but it was exactly as you said when I turned on the fogs the high beam indicator would come on. Once I replaced the bulb with a new one and had all my highs and lows again is started working right again.

Thanks for your imput, will check the bulb today... shouldn't have blown since I never really use the high beams, but will check it anyhow. Thanks again, and nice truck!
