You crack me up Thumper! When are you going to get that nice black truck up in the air? Anyways, I was thinking 37X12.5X18 in the muds, with the body lift and tires, I think it will look very similar to what my truck looks like now, just a lot bigger.

Thanks

Hey Patchea, your truck looks great. Is that a 8" Rize lift, any body, and what size tires and rims. Sweet look. So you and Thumper think the 37X12.5X18 will be safe on the stock rim? The reason I am going with the 37's (with the body lift) on the stock rims is I want the truck to look basically like a bigger version of my truck and with a new daughter the wife strongly discouraged new rims and tires. I don't think she will notice as long as I keep the same look, new rims are a dead give away, she didn't notice the new rims or exaust on my Sti, so I may live another day if I keep the stocks .

I also think as long as you stick to a 12.50 wide you will be fine with the stock wheels.

i think u will be fine to run the 37 on stock 18 inch rim. make sure u dont get anything wider than a 12.50. i had 36 on a stock 16 inch rim and i didnt have a hard time finding someone to put them on.

You can run truck on those tires with stock fx4 rims. But you probably will get less tire life out of them and they probably wont waranty them because of wheel out of spec range( to narrow) .You will probably have rub issues at turn because wheels are so far offset inward. Also your are losing stability as compared to stock so drive accordingly( 4in lift plus 3in body=7 plus 3in more tire radius= roughly 10 inch increase in height with only 2 in increase in trackwidth)
