From: Kansas side of the greater KC area
My old 2000 was built at the Norfolk plant my current 2005 was built at the Norfolk plant. Had no problems out of the old truck and none yet on my new one.

Norfolk...passenger window regulator replaced. Front ash tray/cup holder replaced (rattling)....runs like a striped *** ape otherwise

Ive seen this thread before, Im not sure if it was here or Ford Truck World, but it showed that the most problematic came from KC, with Norfolk being the best by our gathering of info

Kasas City, 07-06. A little over 500 miles. No issue so far. I drive a ton. About 190 miles a day. I use it for work.
