Front seal on front axle leaking

At 15k my right front axle seal was leaking..Had it fixed.. Now at 30k same seal again leaking. Anyone had this problem?
2004 F150 SCREW 4X4 5.4 Im just keeping my fingers crossed that it will not happen again in 10-15k later after my truck has run out of warranty...

If it keeps happening there will be record of it in the system. I think after the third time, if the same thing is happening you can lemon law it.

I had the same problem but mine was also magnified by an incompetent service dept. It first occurred while I was stationed in florida, took it in twice. After I got out of the military and moved back home to Texas I noticed it again. Per the dealership here in Tx, the previous service guys failed to properly install the seal, used RTV in lieu of the correct part and didn't bolt it together propertly.

If they rigged yours like mine, you'll see a ton of gray silicon around the seal. You shouldn't see any, or at least the final fix which has been holding for over a year now doesn't show any.
