which suspension lift is the best?

Hey guys

The GF and I are looking at lifts. We found this pro comp lift on ebay, its the cheapest we could find. What is the difference between a lift with coil overs or without?

Any input would be great!!!

for a 6" lift I'd go with either fabtech or skyjacker. cst has a nice 8" kit.
