Write up for Daystar Lift I searched:)

Hey guys I was wondering if anyone did a write up the Daystar pieces? I am wondering if I can compress the springs and just slid the spacers in without removing the entire unit? Honestly I have not looked at my front end. My Cobra is on my rack(Getting a new Tubular Suspension). I have done some suspension work in the past. Only had my truck for a few days.

Nope.....You have to remove the assembly to replace the stock studs with the longer bolts that hold the spacer on top of the spring, and under the cap, and keep it all bolted together...it's really not that tough...if you've got a good spring compressor.

Do you have to mess with the ball joints? Split them?

Read this thread. It's about the AS install, the pics don't work, but it describes how you take the coilovers out.
