I was able to put on navigator 18's on my 2wd. They fit fine. Tire size is 265/70/18.

This is a dumb topic.

18"s come standard on any Lariat, 2wd or 4wd. So... yeah the FX4 wheels will fit a 2wd just fine. I don't think you will have to adjust anything for the speedo either.

Check out Ford's website sometime, and look up the trucks. Polished Aluminum 18"s come on any Lariat. I kinda like them, better than the FX4 wheels too.

I've got a set of the FX4 275/65/18's on my 2wd XL and have no clearance problems, in fact I still have a lot of fender gap, people dont realize its not a 4wd. It will throw your speedo off about 7% going from stock 17" 255's to the 18" 275's, but thats not a big problem, especially if you have a tuner. I'm about to put the autospring level kit on mine to give it more of a 4wd stance.
