Christmas in August....
Man that is one sweet looking kit. What rims and tires are you puttin on? I'm really leaning towards this system.

I hope that most will eventually post a gripe or two as time goes on as I have been open about every little pro and con with my Fabtech, I hope you plan to install it yourself as I have a few in depth questions about the setup. All we've heard was how perfect it looks and raves about the factory ride. In my opinion, if it was not built for the street they would have done something different with the front suspension.
Our stock struts do not excel offroad and to argue this move was to maintain anything but the streetlike ride, would be foolish. Coilovers serve a certain purpose and that is why there is a market for them.
If I could go back I'd get that kit for the plain fact that I'd still have my steering rack...thanks Fabtech. But with anything bigger than a 6" you had better redesign the steering mounts, a 6" is just getting by which wasn't good enough. What puts Rize ahead for me is how much thought they put into this, great move whether they realized the weakness or not. Whether the kit will hold up (I don't mean on pavement) we'll have to wait and see, everything has a weakness and it's ludacrous there was an entire thread arguing it's performance offroad.
That crossmember looks like a nerdy erector set to me. But I like to think I go for function over looks, as that was my goal with most mods. I'd have purchased this kit over the Fabtech and just bought coilovers, the dealerships down here are using the 8" rize now with 35's. 37's look much better.
Kit was packaged nice!

Yes, I will be installing the kit myself so any questions you have I'll be glad to answer. The install manual is one of the best I've ever seen, inlcuding full color glossy photos (around 20 pages/4 pics per page) in addition to the actual instructions.
The kit was actual shipped by freight on a pallet. Got the rear AAL and a set of DR shocks for the rear as well. All arrived in perfect condition.
Wife isn't too happy about everything being in the middle of the dining room, but she'll get over it
