Emissions Light

A few times after i have driven my truck for a while (at highway speeds) when the truck is hot, when i get to where im going and say i stop at a stop sign or a light, when i start to slow down, the truck dies. But itll start right back up no problem. But this is happening more and more often and today when i started it back up after dying, the emissions light came on, and wont go off. truck seems to be running ok, i have an appointment at the dealership to get them to look at it next week since i am still under factory warranty, but until then, anyone know what this could be? happen to anyone else? BTW, its a 2004 STX reg cab. 4.6 L

Did you install a custom exhaust, or do anything with the cats..more specifically the 02 sensors?
