Run it straight down and screw it into the floor pan. What do you need to ground?

o there is? once again i couldnty see no flashligth and in my garage haha. i should have thought of that. can i jsut strip the ground partially and hook the ground i need to to it and then put electrical tape around it?

also im running a interior LED kit. another question is im running 2 of the kits, one for the front and one for the rear. can i hook both of them up to the same wires on the same 12V acc in the rear? thanks.

Yes, the F-150's 12v powerpoint is capable of powering those add-ons just fine as LED's don't pull a big load. Mine powers an under body lighting kit and LEDs in the console. I would use wire nuts, V-taps, or soldering it and shrink wrapping.... don't just slap it on with wire tape.

As you know what goes around here.... once you are finished you have to post pics...

Then it's going to require some effort to get it done. You can tap the ground for the 12V outlet unless you need a heavier wire then run it through the console to the dash or under the carpet to the back seat and ground there.

yeah its not a heavy wire at all.....these LEDS run off 12V so the grounding and the power wires are the same.
