I wouldn't paint over powdercoat, it will chip. Call where you bought it and see if they will exchange it for the black one.

I'd have it sprayed too. Get it Line-X'ed and it would look good with your black nerf bars.

Its sitting in the box in the garage. Was planning to do it in the next week or so but Im busy so it might have to wait.

The more I look at the truck (plus since every person here and every person I know told me to paint it) the bar is going black. I dont know if I will rhino it or have it re-done black. Eather way, I have friends that do both so it wont cost me much.

Speedwolf, Im takeing those westin steps off. I am sick of them and want a step for the bed so I am going to order the Nfab ones by months end.

By the time the snow flys, she will be a diffrent truck.
